The project was developed for the magazine "Transitions" by Raiko Sánchez. 12 people were invited to submit a contribution on the topic of posthumanism and transhumanism.
New textures were created from natural surfaces and structures such as wood, moss, leaves or stones using artificial intelligence. These were then extruded and 3D objects were created.
From natural surfaces and structures like wood, moss, leaves or stones new textures were created with the help of artificial intelligence. These were than translated into 3D objects.
"Crystalline surfaces covered with polyps, expanding chloroplasts, morphing mineral shards, flowing iron with moss-covered scales, and oxygen-producing rocks.
I will exist longer than the human species on this planet, that is, forever, because life and death do not exist for me. Between artificial and natural the border becomes blurred, I become nature, everything becomes nature. As it has always been, actually. Hierarchies between organisms and known world order will no longer exist, known life will give way to new forms of existence. Matter is a dynamic entity, lively and active.
Unseen inhabitants will populate the planet, constantly transforming, taking on new states, symbiotically evolving."
